Fantastic stay! 10/10 would come back. There are restaurants and convenience stores literally around the corner and the malecón is a fun and scenic 10 minute walk :) the sheets weren’t spotless and the space could use a dehumidifier but overall a great stay.

Dixon was a great and very communicative host. He provided outside pics of the place since the street view pics are outdated, provided great local recommendations, and was very flexible with specific requests that we had. The place was clean, felt safe, and was in a convenient location (just outside the busy sections of town, but close enough to walk to those same areas). We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked for cooking. We were happy that there was a washer/dryer (shared, on the roof deck). The pool was clean but a little cold. We did come during a holiday, so there was a lot of partying going on one night and there is a nearby rooftop bar which plays music, so expect some noise into the night. Our only concern was the light mesh window coverings that covered the bedroom windows. It seemed like someone could easily see through the coverings. The building outside the window seemed to be under construction, but we did see a man on the roof one afternoon.

We had a lovely week at Dixon's place. The condo was comfortable, clean and most of all, air-conditioned. We walked to the town most of the time and occasionally took a taxi when we had ventured further afield. Lots of great shops and restaurants close by. Fresh fish and fresh fruit and vegetables were easily accessible and we had our breakfasts and one dinner in the condo. We did not use the pool but the rooftop deck was a nice space! Dixon was good at communicating and answered any questions promptly. We felt safe in the area, even late at night.

Un excellent séjour chez Dixon.

Notre hôte était très proactif et communiquait très bien avec nous. Tout le séjour, du début à la fin était sans problème.

L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, que 10-15 minutes de la plage et le marché tout prêts était parfait.

Nous avons utilisé la terrasse, BBQ et piscine à tous les jours, un must!

Si vous pensez vous coucher avant 23h, sachez qu’il y a un bar à proximité avec un band live mais ils ferment tout à 23h.

Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce condo pour sa proximité, ses commodités et pour la réactivité de son hôte.

The place was extremely clean and comfortable at a great price. We loved the pool on the roof, it was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Dixon was extremely communicative and responsive to any questions we had and also provided local food recommendations which we loved. We always felt very safe in the neighborhood it is located in. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore PV and stay in a place with a more local vibe.

This was my third time staying at Dixon’s property. Dixon is a great communicator and if it’s within his power to make your stay more comfortable or to problem solve any issue that might arise, he will do his best to make it happen. The property is great value for the money. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Dixon’s condo for over a week and felt completely at home. The space was clean, modern, and had everything we needed and more. It was located on the outer side of Zona Romantica, in a more local area, so it felt really cool to immerse ourselves a bit in the local culture. There was a convenience store steps away and a market five minutes away, which made grocery shopping easy. The condo is only 15 minutes from the beach.
Besides these points, Dixon himself went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including arranging a driver to pick us up from the airport, accommodating early check-in, sending someone with fresh towels when we needed them, and giving us lots of tips for the city including shortcuts, restaurants, hikes, book stores, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Dixon is definitely a super host. He went above and beyond with his communication before and during the trip. He provided great recommendations and instructions. The one bedroom apartment is perfect. It has everything you need. The pool on the roof is very relaxing. Location is good and has lots of restaurants and shops around it. Definitely recommend for a trip to Puerto Vallarta!

Wonderful place and host! Great location, close to everything. Beautiful area with views of the lush and green mountains and river from the rooftop pool. Dixon thought of everything you could possibly need including very comfortable bed and pillows, extra pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice tables to work from the couch, hair dryer, gorgeous bathroom, strong water pressure and hot water showers, flat screen TVs with Netflix and more. Conveniently located near the lovely Zona Romantica and Gringo Gulch. Felt very safe and they accommodated us for any questions we had. We’re even willing to let us store our bags if we needed after checkout. Great place and we’ll definitely be back!!!😊
